Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake

  • Author: Tasty grove

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 2 cans (21 oz each) strawberry pie filling
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Whipped cream, for serving
  • Fresh strawberries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and greasing a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Layering: Spread both cans of strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of your prepared dish. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese until smooth and spreadable. Dot this over the strawberry pie filling. Evenly sprinkle the yellow cake mix over the cream cheese and strawberry layers, ensuring not to mix.
  3. Topping: Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix, covering as much of the mix as possible. Then, sprinkle the white chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs over the top.
  4. Baking: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  5. Serving: Allow the cake to cool slightly before serving. Serve with whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries.
